The warranty period is 24 months from date of purchase. The warranty claim expires in the event of external influence (e.g. water damage, overvoltage or damage to the device).
Charged Repair Service
We will provide a cost estimate upon request. If you do not want the device to be repaired, we will charge a device-specific inspection fee. We can dispose of the device for you free of charge upon request.
How to Commission the Repair Service
- Make sure to pack the device appopriately. We cannot accept any liability for damage during transportation.
- Send the device together with the return note to the address below.

In most cases, the processing of your repair is completed after 10 working days.
